Camp G: Teen Lab | Baking for Profit (Ages 13–18)

Program Dates July 27–31\ Monday–Friday\ 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Give your teen the chance to explore how baking skills can turn into real opportunities. Teen Lab: Baking for Profit is a five-day culinary experience designed for teens who want to build practical baking skills while learning the basics of producing baked goods people love to buy. Throughout the week, students prepare reliable baked items while exploring the fundamentals of food entrepreneurship, including ingredient costs, pricing, packaging, and presentation. Classes are fully hands-on — teens bake complete recipes while refining technique, consistency, and quality. This program encourages creativity while introducing the practical side of food production and small business thinking.
