Give your child the chance to explore the science and creativity behind baking in this immersive, hands-on culinary camp.
Baking Lab is a five-day experience designed for curious 9–12-year-olds who want to build real kitchen skills while discovering how simple ingredients transform through heat, timing, and technique.
Each day, students prepare a new baked creation while learning how ingredients interact to produce different textures, flavors, and structures. From cookies and cakes to muffins and savory baked treats, participants explore the magic that happens inside the oven.
Classes are fully hands-on — kids measure, mix, shape, and bake complete recipes while building confidence with baking fundamentals, ingredient preparation, kitchen safety, and teamwork.
To deepen the experience, students explore the science behind baking through visual demonstrations and ingredient comparisons. The kitchen becomes a classroom where curiosity and creativity guide the learning process.
This program encourages experimentation and discovery while helping students understand how precision, patience, and technique lead to delicious results.
