Give your child the chance to explore the kitchen through color in this vibrant and creative culinary camp.
Cooking with Colors is a five-day experience designed for curious 9–12-year-olds who want to build real kitchen skills while discovering how ingredients create visual beauty on the plate.
Each day focuses on a different color palette in cooking. Students prepare dishes built around vibrant ingredients such as red peppers, golden corn, purple cabbage, and fresh green herbs. Along the way, they discover how color connects to flavor, nutrition, and presentation.
Classes are fully hands-on — students cook complete dishes from start to finish while building confidence with knife skills, kitchen safety, seasoning, sautéing, plating, and teamwork.
To deepen the experience, the kitchen becomes a creative learning space where food presentation is explored alongside cooking technique. Visual displays highlight colorful ingredients, seasonal produce, and how chefs design plates that are visually exciting as well as delicious.
This program emphasizes curiosity and creativity. Students are encouraged to experiment with ingredients and presentation, discovering how color, flavor, and texture work together to create memorable dishes.
